Exine

Foveolate (fov. 0.6 µm), tectate, infratectum columellate, exine thickness at the mid-point of the intercolpium ±<2.5 µm

Remark

A stenopalynous genus (Guinet, Ph. 1962 reporting the meshes of E. glaucum much wider than those of E. paniculatum)
