Polar_Axis = 35-49 µm; Equatorial_Axis = 28-40 µm

Apertures

Three colpora; Colpus: elliptic, colpus apex acute, aperture_membrane psilate (finely granular with SEM - Fig. 1), distance between the adjacent colpal apices ±8.0 µm, margo psilate, broadened like 2 opposing semi-circles in the oral region (See Fig. 1), costae_colpi present; Os: elongated, elliptic (2.0x17.0 µm) with rounded lateral ends, lalongate, oral_costae present(?)

Exine

Reticulate, tectate, mur <1.0 µm, lumina ±1.0 µm, infratectum columellate, exine thickness at the mid-point of the intercolpium ±3.0 µm

Remark

A stenopalynous genus [see Punt, W. (1962)]
