The manuscript is constituted of a text containing 7 palm leaves numbered from 1 to 15. The manuscript is in good condition; some leaves are slightly broken.
The text describes the formulation of medicines of Asti cirāvaka poti, Mukkūṭṭu cantanāti, Nāka cempiṉ vētai, Kōmētaka paṟpam, and Ātiraca centūram. It presents the clinical characteristics of diarrhea which are fatal (viṣa pēti). It explains tantric skills (kōrai vittai).

இந்த சுவடியில் 1 முதல் 15 வரை எண் கொண்ட 7 ஓலைகளை உடைய ஒரு நூல் உள்ளது.இந்த சுவடி நல்ல நிலையில் உள்ளது, சில ஓலைகள் மட்டும் சிறிதளவு உடைந்துள்ளது.
இந்நூல் அஸ்தி சிராவக பொடி, முக்கூட்டு சந்தனாதி, நாக செம்பின் வேதை, கோமேதக பற்பம் மற்றும் ஆதிரச செந்தூரம் போன்ற மருந்துகளின் செய்முறைகளை விளக்குகிறது.விஷ பேதியின் நோய் குறிகள் பற்றி கூறுகிறது.கோரை வித்தை பற்றியும் விளக்குகிறது

Size of the manuscript : 21.6cm x 3.0cm. The text is formed of 7 leaves numbered 1; 3; 6; 10, 11, 12, 15. The manuscript is in good condition; some leaves are slightly broken.
The manuscript contains 7 palm leaves of 16 lines per leaf. It has no wooden boards.

Rearrangement : The manuscript is the second part of a manuscript divided as the leaves were of different sizes (MSS1 and MSS2) .
