The manuscript is composed of a text of 38 palm leaves numbered between 1 and 52 and of a leaf, broken, without a number. The manuscript is in good condition; a few leaves are broken.
The text, entitled Kurucāmi Cātakam, concerns the predictions of a person called Kurucāmi, based on his horoscope established at his birth.

1 முதல் 52க்குள் எண் கொண்ட 38 ஓலைகளையும் மற்றும் எண்ணிலாத ஒரு உடைந்த ஓலையையும் கொண்ட ஒரு நூலை கொண்டது இந்த சுவடி.இந்த சுவடி நல்ல நிலையில் உள்ளது; சில ஓலைகள் உடைந்து உள்ளன
குருசாமி சாதகம் என்னும் தலைப்புடைய இந்த நூல் குருசாமி என்பவரின் ஜாதகத்தின் ஜோதிட பலன் பற்றி கூறுகிறது
Extent and Format of Original Material
Size of the manuscript : 23.0cm x 2.8cm. The text is formed of 37 leaves numbered and a leaf, bitten, which has no longer a number; the leaves 4, 7, 14, 16, 18, 19, 24, 25, 27, 33, 35, 45, 46, 49, 51 are missing. There are two blank leaves placed at the beginning and at the end of the text. The manuscript is in good condition; some leaves are partly bitten by rodents.
The manuscript contains 40 palm leaves of 6-10 lines per leaf. It has no wooden boards.
