இந்த சுவடி வர்மத்தை பற்றி கூறும் 23 ஓலைகளை கொண்ட ஒரு நூலை உடையது.போகர் வர்ம சூத்திரம் (வர்ம மருத்துவம்) என்ற தலைப்புடையது இந்த நூல் என்ற குறிப்பு முதல் ஓலையில் உள்ளது.பூச்சியால் சிறிதளவு பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதை தவிர, இந்த சுவடி நல்ல நிலையில் உள்ளது.வர்ம சூத்திரம் என்னும் இந்நூல் சித்தர் போகரால் இயற்றப்பட்டது என்ற குறிப்பு முதல் ஓலையில் உள்ளது.இந்நூல் ஒரு அரிய சுவடியாகும், ஏன் என்றால் போகர் இயற்றிய வர்ம சூத்திரம் என்னும் நூல் இதுவரை காண கிடைக்கவில்லை.இந்நூல் சிறிதளவு பூச்சியால் பாதிக்க பட்டு இருந்தாலும் நல்ல நிலையில் உள்ளது.
விருத்தம் வடிவில் எழுதப்பட்டுள்ள இந்நூல் வர்மத்தை பற்றி கூறுகிறது இதில் வர்மத்தின் சிறப்பு, அதன் வகை, அதன் ஸ்தானம், வர்மம் காணும் முறைகள், வர்மத்துக்கு மருத்துகள் ஆகியவை கூறப்பட்டுள்ளன.மேலும், வர்மத்தால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு வரும் நோய்கள், அதற்கான மருந்துகள், ஆகியவையும் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளன

Size of the manuscript : 28.5cm x 2.5cm. The manuscript is composed of palm leaves numbered in Tamil from 1 to 23; there are an introductive leaf, a blank leaf and a second leaf numbered 13. The manuscript is in good condition, slightly affected by larvae.
The manuscript contains 26 palm leaves of 16 lines per leaf. It has no wooden boards.
