The manuscript is composed of a text of 6 palm leaves among them two are numbered 1 and 2 and 4 have no number. The manuscript is in bad state, very deteriorated by larvae and rodent
The text, written in prose, describes the formulation of Kārmēka tailam, and of Mirutāraciṅki paṟpam according to the method described in Maccamuṉi- 800, as well as the formulation of a medicine (maruntu) developed by Nayudu to treat swelling of the scrotum (aṇṭavāyu) that the author of the manuscript reports having collected orally.

6 ஓலைகளை உடைய ஒரு நூலை கொண்ட இந்த சுவடியில் 2 ஓலைகள் 1மற்றும் 2 என்ற எண்ணுடனும் மற்ற 4 ஓலைகள் எண்கள் இல்லாமலும் உள்ளது.இந்த சுவடி மோசமான நிலையில் உள்ளது, பூச்சி மற்றும் எலியால் அழிந்து போகும் நிலையில் உள்ளது
உரைநடை வடிவில் உள்ள இந்த நூல் கார்மேக தைலம் மற்றும் மச்சமுனி- 800ல் கூறப்பட்டுள்ள முறைப்படி மிருதாரசிங்கி பற்பம் போன்ற மருந்துகளின் செய்முறைகள், மேலும் நாயுடு என்ற வைத்தியர் பேட்டியின் போது கூறியுள்ள முறைப்படி அண்டவாயுக்கு மருந்து செய்முறையும் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது

Size of the manuscript : 33,5cm x 3,2cm. The text has 6 palm leaves among them two are numbered 1 and 2, and 4 have no number. The manuscript is in bad state, very deteriorated by larvae and rodent.
The manuscript contains 6 leaves of 12-16 lines each. The manuscript has no wood boards.
