Description
The manuscript is formed of a text of 4 palm leaves numbered 10 and 15 to 17. The manuscript is in good condition except for the first leaf which is partly damaged by rodents.
The text, written in prose, describes medicines (maruntu, not named) recommended to treat poisonous bites (pala viṣam), delirium (caṉṉi), flatus (vāyu), muscle pull (piṭippu) and an oil (eṇṇey) applied externally for treating eczema (karappāṉ).

10 மற்றும் 15 முதல் 17 வரை எண் கொண்ட 4 ஓலைகளை உடைய ஒரு நூலை கொண்டது இந்த சுவடி.இந்த சுவடி நல்ல நிலையில் உள்ளது, முதல் ஓலையை தவிர, அது பாதி எலியால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
உரைநடை வடிவில் உள்ள இந்த நூல் பலவிஷம், சன்னி, வாயு, பிடிப்பு போன்ற நோய் நிலைகளுக்கு மருந்துகள் செய்முறையும் மற்றும் கரப்பானுக்கு எண்ணெய் செய்முறை பற்றியும் விளக்குகிறது
