The colophon (p. 8) reads: " parameśvarāparanāmadheyāyaśrīmajjñānaśivācāryaviracitāyāṃ kriyākramadyotikāyām aṅkurārpaṇavidhiḥ samāptaḥ " Transcript T 0254 bears the same title but is by a different author
