Copied from a MS belonging to Vasudevan Namboodiri, Bhadrakāli Mattappalli Illam, Kurumsseri, Cochin, Kerala. There is an extra page in the beginning which records the title and a small note about the text, which reads: " kalaśacandrikā: Transcripted from a palm-leaf Mss belonging to śrī B. M. Vasudevan Nanbundri of Bhadrakāli Mattapalli ilam kurumasseri, P.o, Kerala state." Fol. No. 52 is repeated in the original. Hence the numbering in the transcript is given as 53 for the repeated number 52. 80 the numbers in the transcript will be one ahead from fol. 53 onwards i.e., 53 in original is 54 in the transcript and so on. Page - 1, l - 1; ॥kalaśacandrikā॥ ।hariḥ śrīgaṇapataye namaḥ। avighnam astu। astu tatvaṃ samastasya kāraṇaṃ svastaye param। samprāpya sakalatvāya o sa gṛhṇāti sādhakān। pārvatī vadanāmbhoja makarandarasotsukāḥ। śambhorapāṅga sāraṅgās santu(ta)[naḥ] sarvasa(tva)[mpa]de। namo'stu gurupādebhyo yadanusmaraṇāt jagat। anyānapekṣaṃ labhate puruṣārthamabhīpsitam॥
