This transcript is copied from a MS with No. 24061 belonging to Sarasvatībhavanam, Varanasi. There is an extra page at the beginning of the transcript which record the contents. In fact, the text divisions recorded in the page of contents do not agree with the colophons. The text has been catalouged under 7 text-divisions. Out of those, 6 paṭalas have clear colophons. These have the form: iti svatantratantre mahāsārasvatakalpe gururahasyaṃ nāma prathamaḥ paṭalaḥ (.4). The 7th text division is without colophon
