The text has been scribed in both side of the folios. Folio 1a record only the title of the text. The beginning folio(1a) and the second verse of the text(1b, l - 3) record the title of the text as ' sārasamuccaya ' but the colophons inside text record the title as sāraṅgasamuccaya(see fol.5b) or sāraṅgīsamuccaya(see fol.7b&18b). There are two unnumbered folios which are numberd as [5] and [23] according to their sequence in the text. Folio 24a is scribed with diffrent handwriting

Fol - 1a, l - 1; sārasamuccayaprāraṃbhaḥ ॥ śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ ॥ surāsurairvaṃditapādapadmaṃ śivātmajaṃ bhaktajanasyaśaṃdaṃ । taṃ vighnarājaṃ praṇatosmi nityaṃ vāgīśvarī devaguruṃ hariṃ ca ॥ 1 ॥ nānāśāstroddhṛtaṃ sāraṃ vaidyanāthena yatkṛtaṃ anye yacca gṛhītvāhaṃ vakṣe sārasamuccayaṃ ॥ 2 ॥ mīnādbrāhmaṇapūrvāvarṇāḥ kanyottamo varaḥ śreṣṭhaḥ ॥ madhyasthaḥ samavarṇo nīcau hīno bhavatpuruṣaḥ ॥ 3 ॥
