The observe side of the fly-leaf contains śloka-s in praise of vināyaka and dakṣiṇāmūrti. Fol. 20 contains an invocation in Tamil to vināyaka for singing (eecal) songs mocking at eṭṭukuṭivelavar (subrahmaṇya). Fol.21 is the repitation of the portion of devatāvāhana found on fol.10. This text deals with skandotsavadhvajārohaṇa. Apart from this preliminary rite, it gives devatāvāhana, an invitation to the guardian deities. This text contains an abridged version of the contents of IFI. T. 712 (skandotsava) for devattāvāhana and sandhyāvāhana
