This is a manual describing the procedure for the installation of vināyaka. The kāraṇagama and kāmika are quoted. Though the Ms. starts abruptly with fol. no 110a and ends with folṇo127a, the treatment of the subject is in order and complete. As such , this Ms. seems to be a part of a manual describing other rituals with the title: vināyakatantra. This Ms. is in agreement with the vighneśvarapratiṣṭhāvidhi of aghoraśivācārya in some places
