atha yathoktalakṣaṇaṃ yāgamaṇḍapaṃ patāka(ā)dhvajavitānādibhiralaṅkṛtya gomayalepanādyaiḥ śuddhaṃ kṛtvā। atha guruḥ kṛtanityakṛtyo navavastrottarīyahemāṅgulīyakaṭakaiḥ svadehamalaṅkṛtya pādau prakṣālyācamya bhasmadhāraṇaṃ kṛtvā॥
