This Ms. begins with a fol. which contains the commentary of anantaśambhu on śl. 21 in the jñānapāda of the original text. Fols. 2 to 71a contain the kiryāpāda in which the last sloka is numbered as 116 which is 117 in GOML. edn. and 117 in CP. edn. Fols. 71a- 79a contain the yogapāda, the number of the last śloka being 123 which is 125 in GOML. edn. and 125 in CP. edn. Fols. 79a-142b contain the caryāpāda, the last śloka being 163, which is 167 in GOML. and 166 in CP. edn. Beginning : kartavyā। jalatattvādagnim(t?)attvaṃ daśaguṇam tacchatasthānam।... End : sa śivo bindorapi adhiṣṭhāyakaḥ। adhiṣṭhānasthānabhūtaḥ। uktañ ca binduśaktyā śivenaiṣā nānyena vyāpyate śivaḥ। iti। tathā mataṅge yojanapramāṇam। ........'gnis tato'nilaḥ। anilāccāyam ākāśaś 'sāstre'smin pārameśvare॥ This portion of the commentary is contained in fol. 1 is for śloka 21 in the jñānapāda. This portion is incomplete (GOML. Bulletin XVII no.1.p.26) what follows from fol.2 is the text and commentary on śloka 30 (CP. 2nd edn.) which is śloka 57 (GOML.Bulletin XVIII-no.1) kriyāpāda - p.63

śritya mandaśaktinipātanāt। kurute sakalasyeśaḥ sādhārā tām imāṃ viduḥ। iti। pūrvoktadīkṣābhedas sādhāradīkṣāradīkṣāviṣaya eva। iyañ caturvidhā dīkṣā sādhārā ityuktatvāt। dīkṣāsaṃskārastāvat śarīrasya vā jāter vātmano veti sandehanirāsārtham āha na ca taṇoḥ॥

tathā coktaṃ varuṇaśi .....ṇtaviṣṇakaḥ। kṣamādividyāntako rudraḥ। kṣamādibindvantam īśvaraḥ। sādākhyo kṣamādinādānte śivaśaktiḥ parāvadhī.......paryantavyāpakaḥ। hariḥ om॥ gurubhyo namaḥ। śrīmukha āni 10 vikramapāṇḍya bhaṭṭarāṉa ce ........vasiddhāntasārāvalī nāma granthaṃ svahastena likhitam। mīnākṣīsundareśvarābhyān namaḥ। karakṛtam aparādhaṃ kṣantum arhanti॥
