maṇḍapapūjākramaṃ vakṣye। dvāravasudha(ā)karasambhūtakaragehe pādaraviṣoḍaśanavo nava padasyāt। madhyanavavedisahatrīṇipadamadhye kuṇḍanavapañcaśivamaṇḍapavidhānam। prākbhūta kumbhaṃ tadekāgnikumbhaṃ dākṣiṇyaṃ cedaṃ nirṛtau tathāgniṃ vāruṇyaṣaṭkam aśvinīvāyuṃ some yugaṃ syāt triyakumbham īśe। īśa brahmamahākāLā śāntidvīndrabhāskaraḥ agniryamaś ca vighneśo vividyābhṛṅgīśvāstupān।

dhūpadīpau dattvā siddhāntaśekhare navamāvaraṇapūjāyāṃ vistāreṇa uktaṃ bhavati। kāmike ca pañcāvaraṇapūjā(ṃ)। vadanti ityarthaḥ। evaṃ pracaropetaṃ śivaṃ pracaropacāreṇābhyarcya mūlena purorghya japaṃ vidhāya śivasya varadahaste samarpya tataḥ kumbhasthaliṅgasthayoḥ abhedam anusandhāya śivājñayā kuṇḍasamīpaṃ gatvā ṛtvijānāṃbhūyas-tattatsthāne sthitān tattvapañcaikaṃ kuṇḍayānena guror upadeśakrameṇa homaṃ kuryāt। iti maṇḍapapūjāvidhis samāptaḥ॥ śubham astu। sahāya(dā?)mnīsametaśrītanunātheśvarāya namaḥ॥
