śuklāmbaradharaṃ viṣṇuṃ śaśivarṇaṃ caturbhujam। prasannavadanan dhyāyet sarvavighnopaśāntaye। gurur brahmā gurur viṣṇuḥ gurur deva(o) maheśvaraḥ। garuḍe (re) va parabrahma tasmai te gurave namaḥ। puṣpāmbikā śaraṇaṃ śivaṃ śivakaraṃ śaktiṃ sadehañ ca manonmanīm। īśvarantasa..........ṃ gaurīṃ vande vighneśvaraṃ guham। hālāsyanāthāya maheśvarāya hālāhalaṃ kṛtakandharāya mīnekṣaṇāyāḥ pataye śivāya namo namaḥ॥
