Almost the same as Cat. no. 314.12. Written in 2 columns. The fly-leaf 'a' contains the words : śivāṣṭottaraśatanāmāvali and śivāṣṭottaraśtam; fol.[1], a list of daily rituals; fol. [2], alist of rituals that form part of the mṛtyuñjayahoma; fol. [15b], the name kañciaiyyar (repeated); fols. [17a-18b] contain the list of events in the rāmāyaṇa which might be used in ārūḍha (predictions)

mahākailāsaśikharaśekharāya namo namaḥ। himācalendratar[n?]aya[ā?]vallabhāya namo namaḥ। vāmabhāgakalatrārdhaśarīrāya namo namaḥ। vilasad divyakarpūragaurāṅgāya namo namaḥ। koṭikandarpadṛśalāvaṇyāya namo namaḥ। vajramāṇikkyavaiḍūryakirīṭāya namo namaḥ।
