Title page 'a' contains the name of the first text : āgamaprāyaścittasamuccaya by trilocana'sivācārya; 'a' at the beginning contians a reference to samādhiliṅga; fly-leaf 'b', some lines on daily worship of some deities and an unnumbered folio at the end gives a brief account of various flowers

śrīmadāmardakasthānaguruvaṃśasamudbhavam। dūrvāsasam ṛṣiṃ vande tan mukhāṃś ca gurūn anu। vyāpakeśānasarveśapaṇḍitottuṅgaśaṃkarān। someśānādisarvātma'sivāghoraśivāntimān sādhakādyair anuṣṭheyam ācāraṃ śivabhāṣitam। tad viplutā tadājñāyalaṅghane vākya(?)dhastataḥ।

ato bījātmakā mantrā japtavyā vaidikais sadā। iti trilocanaśivācāryaviracitaprāścittasamuccayas samāptaḥ। oṃ oṃ vyomāgnirasayuktena śivaśaktiyutena ca sānta dhānta tṛtīyena caitanyāya namontakam। daśākṣaraṃ mantram idam agner utkṛṣṭabījakam। iti prāyaścittasamuccayas samāptaḥ। śrīkāntimatisahāyam।
