manasā tattva[n?]mantrais samarcayet। kṣityādikuṭilāprāntaṃ mantrasiṃhāsanasthitam। śuddhasphaṭikasaṃkāśaṃ dvātriṃśat[l] lakṣaṇānvitaṃ padmāsanastha pañcāsyaṃ prativaktratrilocanaṃ darka(?) yecchāviśālākṣaṃ jñānacandrakalādharaṃ……

oṃ hāṃ gaurīmūrtaye namaḥ। oṃ gauryāsanāya namaḥ। astramūrtau devīm āvāhayāmi। oṃ śrīṃ saḥ mahāgaurīrudra daiyite[dayite?] svāhā। oṃ hāṃ hṛdayāya namaḥ oṃ rīṃ [hūṃ] śvise svāhā oṃ huṃ śikhāyai vauṣaṭ oṃ hraṃ kavacāya huṃ। oṃ hauṃ netratrayāya hum। om astrāya phaṭ vastrābharaṇādiralaṃ kṛtya puṣpāñjaliṃ dadyāt।
