atha pīṭhapūjāṃ kuryāt। tatra ca[ś?]krapāva kayormadhye saurayantrasya pūrvādi caturdikṣu oṃ śrīṃ hrīṃ saṃ daṇḍine n(a)maḥ। oṃ śrīṃ hrīṃ saṃ piṅgalāya namaḥ। gaṇapataye namaḥ। gurubhyo namaḥ। iti caturdvāraṃ saṃpūjyā (a) dhūpadīpanaivedya dhūpadīpaṃ varghyaṃ da[t]tvā......

iti pañcāvaraṇaṃ sampūjyā[a]। ṣaṣṭ[h]āvaraṇe indrādilokapālān sampūjya naivedya dhūpadīpārghyaṃ dat[t]vā namaskāravisvara(?)mudrāṃ pradarśya। hariḥ om। sūryayantra pūjā saṃpādyaṃ svahastalikhitaṃ śrīpuraṃ mudduvatukanāthan।
