Manuscript Beginning
īśapāvake ṣaḍaśrakuṇḍāgrau parikalpya kuṇḍaṃ cetpañcasaṃskāraṃ kuryāt। oṃ sāṃ sadyojata(ā)ya namaḥ iti śodhayet vāmadevāya nama iti kṣālayet। aghorāya namaḥ। śodhayet tatpuruṣāya nama iti dahet। īśānāya nama iti prokṣayet।

......ṭat bhasmaṃ śirasādhṛtvā oṃ hāṃ hīṃ hūṃ astrāya huṃ phadityagniṃ punarabhyarcyā[a] saropaca(ā)rāṃ [n]dat[t]vā svahṛdaye sarvadevaisahā[a] agnimdvāsyā[a] śivena yojayet। iti agnikāryavidhi [s] samāptaḥ॥ śubhamastu। gurubhyo namaḥ। agastīiśvaran svahastalikhitam।
