Fol - 1a, col - 1, l - 1;śrīdevyai namaḥ ॥ śūlāgrabhinnamahiṣāsurasṛṣṭipīḍāṃ mṛtpāda khaḍgarucirāṃgadabāhudaṃḍāṃ abhyarcya paṃcaśaradāna gadā navamyāṃ dugre[durgena] dugra[durga] duritā nitaraṃtimarcchāṃ ॥ iti dhyānaṃ ॥ paṃcopacāraṃ ॥ oṃ akṣaryāyai [akṣayāyai] ॥ oṃ aṃbikāyai । oṃ akhaṃḍāyai । anaṃtānaṃdarūpiṇyai । aciṃtyarūpāyai ।anaktāyai । aṭavīdvāratatparāyai । a?mātrātmikāyai । aparāyai । agniśaktasuśaktikāyai ।
