Fol - 1a, l - 1; mahādevaṃ maheśānaṃ maheśvara . Māptiṃ [maheśvaram umāpatiṃ] mahāsenaguruṃ vande mahābhayanivāraṇam । 1 । anyathā śaraṇaṃ nāsti tvameva śaraṇaṃ mamā tanmātk? Kāruṇyabhāvena rakṣa rakṣa maheśvaraḥ । 2।
