Miscellaneous Notes
There are two extra folios at the beginning of this bundle, of which the first records the title of this text and another four lines which read: "yivai postakaṃ cāsaveṭi agasthīśvaran postakaṃ akṣayavaruṣaṃ āvaṇi [māsaṃ] 16 tuvakkiṇatu ।"; the second folio records some benedictory verse. In fact, the name of the author of this text is not mentioned; but the readings of the text suggest that this is the same tattvacandrikā which has been attributed to mṛtyuñjayasūri (for details see Desceiptive catalouge of Sanskrit MSS, Adyar Library, Vol.X, p.501)

Fol - 1a, l - 1; bhāsve[bhāseva] bhāsvān kalito yayā . . . . Ca[yo bhuktau ca] maktau[muktau] kṣa . Te[kṣamate] paśūnāṃ । ta . Aa[tayā] hyabhinnaḥ parayā svaśaktyā pāraścida . Aat[pāśacchindavyāt] parmassa śaṃbhuḥ । atha tattvavivaraṇaṃ kriyate । ātmatattvaṃ । vidyātattvaṃ । śivatattvaṃ ceti trividhāni tattvāni । teṣu ātmatattvaṃ yathā pṛthivyāstejo vāyavākāśākhyāni bhūtāni pañcā
