Fol - 1a, l - 1; śivamayaṃ śubhamastu avighnamastu parārthaśivapūjāvidhi gurave namaḥ (in margin) । kṣetrapālakasannidhau upāgatya dvārapūjāṃ vidhāya snānādyabhiṣekārcananaivedyadhūpadīpārghyandatvā prārthayet - svāmin sarvajanān bhūmau rakṣārthaṃ kṣetrapālakā śivapūjāvidhānārthaṃ mudrādaṇḍaṃ pradehi me ।

Fol - 44b, l - 3; pūjābhalaṃ[pūjāphalaṃ] dehi caṇḍeśvara namostute । ityevaṃ karavāksphoṭyaṃ prārthanāṃ vidhāyeti caṇḍaprapūjāvidhiḥ । iti parārthaviṣaye nityaśivapūjāvidhissamāptaḥ । śrīmat śivakāmyaṃbāsameta muktīśvarāya namaḥ ।
