Fol - 1a, l - 1; atha vakṣye viśeṣeṇa cūrṇotsavavidhikramaṃ । sāyujyayogatatkāle śivadarśanapūjayet । deśiko ātmayogantu tatkāle savyakarṇike । śivamantraṃ samuccārya bhasmaṃ sarvāṃganikṣipet । rudrākṣadhāritañcaiva paścā[paścāt] snānaṃ samācaret ।

Fol - 68b, l - 1; anyatra pṛthak kāryaṃ śraddhāvittānusārataḥ । vaidīko laukikāgnau tu śivamantranna yojayet । śivāgnau vaidīkamantraścāntyevāsaṃ prakīrtitaḥ । tantraviṣṭasya tāntryamārgeṇa punassaṃskāra uktaḥ । śivāya namaḥ । gurave namaḥ । bhava varṣam āvaṇimāsaṃ 29 teti śanikilamai arivatturai kumārasvāmigurukkalsvahastalikhitaṃ subrahmaṇyan pustakaṃ sadāśivagurukkal viśvanāthagurukkal sāṃbaśivagurukkal paḍikku pustakaṃ vācakadoṣaṃ kṣamittarulavuṃ ।
