Fol - 1a, l - 1; śrīmaddantimukhenaṣaḍvadanatākasmaitavetyādarātpṛṣṭe śailasutāṃkavartiniguhe pratyuktiśuśrūṣayā। āghrātuṃ vadanānimesammumāpaṃcāsyayossajjayorharṣāyeti vadatyudañcadanayormandasmitaṃ pātu naḥ । 1 ।

Fol - 96b, l - 4; iti śrīraṃgasthalavāsinā śrīmadveṃkaṭaraṃgācāryāṇāmantevāsinā śrīmaṇṇādīkṣitaputreṇa vallyaṃbāgarbhasaṃbhavena svāmidīkṣitopanāmakayajñasubrahmaṇyamavinā viracite vallīpariṇayākhyecaṃbukāvye dvādaśastaraṃgaḥ । śubhamastu । tāraṇanāmasaṃvatsae vṛṣabhamāse śuklapakṣe navamyāṃ somavāre etatpustakaṃ samāptirāsīt ।
