Fol - 73b, l - 6; amṛtodbhava-śrīvṛkṣaṃ mahādevaḥ priya sadā। bilvapatraprayacchāmi prasiddhaṃ parameśvaram। śrīyekāmranāthāya namaḥ। tridalaṃ triguṇākāraṃ triṇetrañca triyāyudham। trijanmapāpasaṃhāraṃ ekabilvaśivārpaṇam। triśākhairbilvapatraiścācchidraiḥ komalaiśśubhaiḥ। tava pūjāṃ kariṣyāmi arcayāmi sadāśivam।
