Miscellaneous Notes
The text has been scribed in both the sides of the folios. Instade of usal papers used for writing, the text has been scribed in brown sheets (used for packing). Infact the text starts from 2a with devatānujñāvidhi, before that there are 3 verses narrating verious names of śiva, viṣṇu and brahmā respectively and note which record the name unpublished upaniṣad-s of Adyar library

Fol - 1a, l - 1; bhava śarva rudra paśupati ugra bhīma īśāna mahādevaya [mahādevāyaḥ]। keśava mādhava nārāyaṇa trivikrama vāmana śrīdhara viṣṇu padmanābha tryayī mūrti trimūrti padmākṣa padmayoni ca caturmukhaśca dhātā ca pitāmahamajaṃ tathā।

Fol - 9a, l - 6; śyāmavarṇaṃ dvinetrañca ekavaktraṃ caturbhujam। ṛgvedā mūrtimān statra indranīla-samadyutiḥ। divyagandānuliptāṅgo divyābharaṇabhūṣitā। rektavarnāṃ prā .. dvibhujāśca dvilocanāḥ। kṛtāñjalipuṭāḥ sarve nānābharaṇabhuṣitāḥ। oṃ bhūṃ jrūṃ kṣmrūṃ iti dvimukham॥
