'a' side of the fly-leaf contains the title upanisat[d]bhāṣya and a leaf without fol. no. at the beginning contains maṅgalaśloka-s praising puruṣottama etc. Fol. 146 contains the fol. no. 147(a) too on its margin. the title tag also contains the name sāstraprakāśika (written in ink)
