There is an extra folio at the beginning, which records few benedictory lines: gaṇapatiprasannaṃ । śrīśāradāmbāprasanaṃ। and information regarding the pre-owner of this manuscript and the title of the text, which reads: Tiruttaṇi jñānaśivagurukkal navagrahanakṣatravākya। skandasvāmigurukkal. It contains navagrahahomaprayoga which includes aṣṭavākya-s pertaining to nakṣatra-s, starting with kṛttikā and ends with bharaṇī. After this text, fols. 32a-42a record vedic mantra-s, which are recited in śrāddhakarma by the brāhmaṇ and the kartā when the brahmin eat
