It contains 38 paṭala-s which are from puṇyāhavidhi to śaktīpīṭhārcanavidhi. 'a' side of the unnumbered leaf on the upper binding plank of the Ms. contains the word sūkṣmāgama; 'a' side of the title leaf contains the expression śālaveṭu agasth( )īśvaran sūkṣmāgama; 'a' side of the added title-leaf contains the expressions sūkṣmāgama and āṅgirasanāmasaṃvatsaram peṟaṭṭāci mā., 20dt. śukravāradinam eḻutu[a]tuvakkiṉatu. The date of copying the text is āṅgirasa var. tai mā. 21dt. śanivāra, pañcamī, uttarābhādra nakṣatra
