It contains 48 paṭala-s from mantroddhāra to antyeṣṭividhi. As the leaves are damaged text have lost their portion and the 47th paṭala, dealing with pavitralakṣaṇa is incomplete.'b' side of the front wooden plank which serves as a binding plank of the Ms. contains the expressions, yāḻppāṇam eeṭu, rauravam - 1 mutal 115 varai, tīptam - 1mutal 212 varai in Tamil. 'a' side of the fly-leaf contains the expression rauravāgamam. Fol. Aa contains table of contents of the Ms. (incomplete); fol. Bb contains invocation to vighnarāja and a śloka describing śiva as bhikṣāṭana and madhusudana without garuḍa; fol. Ca contains an invocation to gajānana
