This seems to be a rare text - in the form of a commentary on the 15th adhyāya of the Bhagavadgītā where in the commentator imgeniously brings in the idea of śrīcakra, its significance, the philosophical idea behind various cakra-s comprisingit and puts it in the mouth of Krishna. Commentetor is called "abhinavābhinavagupta" in the colophon on p. 19a
