Fol - [1a], l - 1; śuklāmbaradharaṃ viṣṇuṃ śaśivarṇañcaturbhujaṃ prasannavadanan dhyāyet sarvavighnopaśāntaye ॥ garuḍadhvajasenānyaṃ kalayecchakradhāriṇam । yaddhyānamātrātsantrastāḥ pratyūhāyāntidūrataḥ ॥ vādhūlavaradācārya pādapaṅkajamāśraye । yadā śrītānāmabhuktiśca sulabhā bhavet ॥ vadāmaho nṛsaṃhāryaṃ vādhūlānvayanāyakam । kānnopayantrayogīndra karuṇāpātra tāṃ gatam ॥
