Scope and content: This volume contains the ordinary session of 1892 (Nov-Dec), the special session of 1893 (Apr) and the ordinary session of 1893 (Nov-Dec). Each session has its own page sequence. The ordinary sessions are followed by an alphabetical subject index. They include decisions relating to the colony's properties; the government's budget proposals for 1893 and 1894; expenditure for public works and maintenance of public buildings; duties and taxes; petitions received from the public etc. The special session of 1893 relates to the administration's request for the reconstitution of a reserve fund.
