Miscellaneous Notes
This text deal mainly with dīkṣā, its varities and te procedure thereof. Incidental topics like ācāryalakṣaṇa and others are also treadted. The treatment is mainly in Sanskrit and much of the directions and procedures are in Tamil. Treatment on fols. 90a-116a is in the form of verses numbering 649. The author is not known. Profouse citatations are made from standard texts like kāmika, kāraṇa and others, such as samānatantra (61a), tattvasaṃgraha (72a), ṣaṭsahasra (82a), kriyākaraṇamaṇḍana (89a), brahmaśambhupaddhati (91b), lakṣaṇasamuccaya (92a), mantranighaṇṭu (93b), vāsiṣṭhaliṅga (97a) and bālajñānaratnāvalī (78b). The colophons do not mention chapters 4 to 8 and 18. Chapters 3 and 17 are mentioned twice (3 on 80a and 87a; 17 on 196b and 208a)
