asya śrīaghorāstramahāmantrasya gālava ṛṣiḥ bṛhatī chandaḥ 'srīmahāghoratripurāntakarudro devatā। hrīṃ bījam। kroṃ śaktiḥ। raranyāṃ ririrīṃ kīlakam। sarvalokagrahanigrahārthe jape viniyogaḥ। karanyāsam[saḥ] oṃ rāṃ hrāṃ rāṃ sphura sphura prasphura prasphura। aṅguṣṭhābhyāṃ namaḥ। oṃ rīṃ hrīṃ rīṃ ghoraghorataratara tarjanībhyāṃ namaḥ। oṃ rūṃ hrūṃ rūṃ tanurūpa tanurūpa madhyamābhyāṃ namaḥ।

ṣaṭkoṇamāyābījānante[jānte] varṇādalaka[varṇadalaṃ ?] vilikhya paścāt dhasa ghṛtaghṛta vilikhya ṣoḍaśadalamadhye rekhāṣoḍaśaṃ vilikhya tacchire śūklākkṛtiṃ saṃkalpya sarvayantramāyaṃ tviyaveṣṭya(?) paścāt caturaśra[ṃ] vilikhya iti ghoravyāptā iti sampūrṇam। hariḥ oṃ। 'subham astu। mṛtyuñjayaṉ svahastalikhitam। cambakasundaram postakam। śrīdakṣiṇāmūrtigurave namaḥ[।]
