This text describes the daily practices of the śaiva priests. It briefly deals with śauca, snāna, puṇyāha, pañcāmṛta and nityārcana. Though the portion dealing with nityārcana is said in the colophon to form part of the kāraṇāgama it is at the most based on it. Some verses recited during the meditation on śiva are given at the beginning śivaprakāśam" is written on the margin of fol. 1a

pañca pañca uṣaḥkālaṃ saptapañcāruṇodaye। aṣṭapañcā iti prātaḥ śeṣā [s]sūryodaye smṛtāḥ। ācāryo arcakaś caiva sādhako'laṃkṛtas tathā। pācako nāma ityete pañcācāryaparicārakāḥ। śivadhyānam। dhavalavapuṣam indor maṇḍale sannirīkṣaṇaṃ [sanniviṣṭaṃ?] bhujaṅgavalai[la]yahāraṃ patmatiktāṅga[bhasmadigdhāṅga?]m īśam। haiṇaparaśupāniṃ cārucandrārdhamauliṃ hṛdayakamalamadhye santataṃ cintayāmi।

nṛpavāhanādisakalaṃ bhogaṃ śivārcāphalam। atimānuṣam āyuṣyam atyākhaṇḍalavaibhavam। atisaubharisantānaṃ udyā[dadyā?]dīśo dayānvitaḥ। virañcirāmarañcite parañcarāghurañcitānmudam। ......ḍākramāyavaicvidaṃ(?) karotu śaṃkarasamagratām udagrayaṃ tvanugrāhm। navagrahabhṛśaṃ diśaṃ dvadeca(?) śaṃgatādigīśvaraḥ(?)। iti kāraṇe pratiṣṭhātantre nityārcanavidhi[s]samāptaḥ।
