Manuscript Beginning
devīnāmaśatatraya[mahāmantra]syaḥ। [devīnāmaśatatrayamahāstotram?]। hayagrīva dayāsindho bhagavan śiṣyava[tsa]la tvattaś śrutam aśeṣe[ṇ] śrotavyaṃ yadyad asti tat। rahasyanāmasāhasram api tat saṃśrutaṃ mayā। i[taḥ pa]raṃ me nāstyeva śrotavyam iti [ki]ñc[i]t। tathāpi mama cittasya paryāptir naiva jāyate।

stotreṇānena lalitāṃ stutvā tripurasundarīm। ..........ṇna mānasass........। iti śrībrahmottarakhaṇḍe śrīlalitopākhyāne stotrakhaṇḍe hayagrīvo'gastyasya devīnāmaśatatraya upadeśan nāma pañcaviṃśo'dhyāyaḥ। śubham astu।
