tatrādau gaṇeśanyāsasya gaṇakaṛṣiḥ nṛcid [nicṛd?]gāyatrīchandaḥ pañcāśanmithunātmakaśrīvighnarājo devatā gaṃ bījam svāhā śaktiḥ klīṃ kīlakaṃ mama śrīgaṇādhipatiprasādasiddhyarthe nyāse viniyogaḥ।

ṣa[ṃ] hiraṇyapurapīṭhāya namaḥ। saṃ mahālakṣmipīṭhāya namaḥ। haṃ oḍyāṇapīṭhāya namaḥ। Lam chāyāchatrapīṭhāya namaḥ। kṣaṃ mahāpīṭhāya namaḥ। iti mātṛkāsthāneṣa[u] nyaset। bījacatuṣṭayaṃ sarvatra yojyam। iti pīṭhanyāsaḥ।
