ataḥ paraṃ pravakṣyāmi śāstāpūjā yathoditam। namaḥ। parāya goptre syāmantro hrūṃ bījapūrvakaḥ। pratyakṣasiddhidas sākṣāt kāle kāle viśeṣetaḥ। mūlenāśasya śāstāraṃ mantreṇārādhanāsane। prabhāṃ bhāryāṃ yajed vāme dakṣiṇe satyakaṃ sutam।

sarvān kāmān avāpnoti mahāśāsta[tṛ?]prasādataḥ। pūjācakram idaṃ devi sarvasaubhāgyadāyakam। sarvasiddhikaraṃ devi kāraṇaṃ bhogamokṣayoḥ। iti pañcamaḥ paṭalaḥ।
