This text contains three sets of the same śivāṣṭottaraśatanāmāvali, of which the first set is on folios 7a - 9b scribed on budhavāra by certain muruha paṇṭāram of maturāntaka (see last column on fol.9b), second on 47a - 48b scribed by certain bhairava (see the last line on 48b) and the third on 52a - 53a. The text has been scribed in 5 columns
