Though the title indicates 108 names this text contains the 125 names of śiva using one or more syllables constituting pañcākṣara. This is identical with IFI.T. 657, pp. 26-30, same as GOML.D.9227 which has lost the beginning portion. GOML.D.9228 called praṇavāṣṭāviṃśatināmāvali has an identical beginning with the text under notice. Writing is on 2 columns
