jāgratsvapnasuṣuptiṣu sphuṭatarā yā saṃvid ujjṛmbhite yā brahmādipipīlikāntatanuṣu protā jagat sākṣiṇī। saivāhan na ca dṛśyavastviti dṛḍhaprajñā ca yasyāsti cec caṇḍālo'stu sa tu dvijo'stu gurur ityeṣā manīṣā mama।

viśvan naśvaram evam akhilan ni'scitya vācā guror nityaṃ brahma nirantaraṃ vimṛśatā nirvyājaśāntātmanā। bhūtaṃ bhāvi ca duṣkṛtaṃ pradahatā sa[ṃ]vinmaye pāvake prārabdhāya samarpitaṃ svavapur ityeṣā manīṣā mama। maṇīṣāpañcakaṃ samāptam। śrīgurubhyo namaḥ।
