This text gives the measurements for the construction of mansions, ramparts, temples and for laying out the villages. There is a mention of a work called viśvaratnākara on fol.17b from which an extract is given on āayādilakṣaṇa. This agrees with the treatment of this topic as contained on pp.414-421, IFI.T.670 which mentions the source for this treatment as forming part of ch.14 of the viśvakarmīya
