This text gives the procedure for conductng jalakriḍotsava for 12 days when śiva is worshipped in a maṇḍapa erected in the midst of a tank. Floating festival is performed towards the end of the festival. Citation is taken from the siddhatantra. The title is given as uḍupotsava in the margin of fol.23a.This text agrees with the text vijayottar partially. IFI.T.64. pp.72-75; T.65 pp.93-96. Kriyādīpa is mentioned in the colophon as the source of this text

jalakrīḍāvidhiṃ vakṣye sarvaśāntikaraṃ param। rājarāṣṭrābhivṛddhyarthaṃ sarvaprāṇihitāvaham॥ dhānyaṃ yaśaskarañ cāyurvardhanaṃ putravardhanam। sarvamāseṣu kartavyaṃ kṛṣṇaśukle śubhe dine॥ śrāvaṇe cāśvinīmāse vaiśākhe jyeṣṭhamāsake। puṣye ca phālgune māse māghamāse viśeṣataḥ॥
