Manuscript Beginning
athavānyaprakāreṇa grāmasaṃkaṭajīrṇake। nadyāṃ samudrake vāpi pramādāt saṃkaṭo yadi। grāme'pi nagare gehe pattane vā surālaye।sa,mkaṭaṃ jīrṇam āpnoti ityete vidhinā tataḥ। yad uktaṃ saṃgrahārthāya sarvadā jīrṇam uddharet।

śilpaśāstram uditaṃ tu yat kṛtaṃ rājarāṣṭra iti vardhate kramāt। tad vidheyaviparīta[ṃ] yat kṛtaṃ rājarāṣṭrabhūvināśanaṃ bhavet। iti kāraṇe pratiṣṭhātantre saṃkaṭajīrṇoddhāravidhipaṭalaḥ।
