This text which treats the act of renovation. According to the colophon it is a part of the upabhedakāraṇa, a version of the upāgama of the kāraṇa. This is identical with IFP.T. 1035.2. pp.616-618

atha vakṣye viśeṣeṇa jīrṇoddhāravidhikramam। sarvapāpaharaṃ puṇyaṃ śubhadaṃ pāpanāśanam। pramādāt jīrṇahīne tu varjayet tu viśeṣataḥ। upānasthūpiparyantaṃ jīrṇahīnaṃ tu varjayet।

anyasthāne tu liṅgā[na]nāṃ sthāpanaṃ tu samantataḥ। śreṣṭhaṃ hi sthāpanaṃ proktaṃ mantrakarma ihocyate। śvetaṃ tajjīrṇahīnena kṛṣṇena sthāpanaṃ bhavet। pramādāj jīrṇayitvā tu rājarāṣṭraṃ vinaśyati। devatā[ṃ] pūjayet tatra śivaloke mahīyate। ityupabhedakāraṇe pratiṣṭhātantre jīrṇoddhāravidhipaṭalaḥ। śrīsomasundaragurave namaḥ।
